So I finally got a good break this spring and went on a personal retreat for two weeks. Let me just put it this way – stuff came to the surface, and God has been cleaning me out since then. Nothing like a good spiritual colon cleanse.

And the health and potential of this ministry is in no small way dependent on how well I am willing to rethink how I do things. I have seen that as much as I don’t want to, I, too, have sometimes put my agenda ahead of God’s. I have sought certain results over the process that God wants to use to form me into His image. Cleansing is just the way he works.
